Operations Associate (PT30 hours) at ALO’s Seoul store focused on driving profitability and efficiency through inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, shipment/receiving processing, floor set updates, replenishment, and visual standards. Collaborates with the General Manager and Operations & Visual Manager to execute key operational functions, maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor, manage stockroom processes, and respond to customer needs with efficient, data-driven actions. Responsibilities include inventory investigations, reporting and aligning with budgets/expenses, ensuring safe work environment, supporting Sales & Service and Cashier as needed, and leveraging metrics to drive business strategies. Requires at least 1+ year in a client-centric, sales or operational environment, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for the shift, and willingness to work a schedule including weekends/holidays.
