Job Summary
Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink while investigating root causes of discrepancies. Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, and daily replenishment alongside maintaining strong visual standards. Move dynamically across the sales and support floors to assess business, team, and guest needs, ensuring a safe work environment through strict stockroom protocols. Resolve client needs quickly to drive customer satisfaction and leverage metrics to support business strategies. Collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to execute company-level directives and manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Fosters genuine connection through empathy, compassion, integrity and building trusting relationships
- Weekend and holiday schedule availability (5-day, 8-hour day)
- FT - 40-hour, 5-day work schedule availability
- PT30/20 - 30/20 hours or more, 4-5 day work schedule availability
