Job Summary
Assist with commission tracking and validation, prepare discrepancy reports for commissions and sales performance, and monitor inventory reports to identify missing devices. Support store teams with operational questions, issue resolution, and process guidance while generating recurring operational reports to ensure data accuracy. Identify reporting inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, including automation initiatives and AI-driven tools to streamline workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) in a fast-paced environment to help improve reporting processes and reduce manual workload.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, administrative support, reporting, or data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Expected hours: 40 per week
