Job Summary
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within a commercial printing environment. Responsibilities include opening and logging jackets and jobs for billing, logging deliveries from government and commercial customers, sending proofs, preparing contracts and bids for government publishing offices, maintaining reference cards for new contracts, invoicing checks for contract and commercial jobs, reconciling FedEx and freight invoices, obtaining freight charges, preparing delivery tickets as backup to the mailhouse supervisor, coordinating with drivers on proof delivery and pickup, providing executive administrative support to senior management, leveraging computer software for multiple applications, and performing general administrative tasks to support daily office operations. Experience in administrative roles is preferred; familiarity with the printing industry and government contracting processes is a plus.
