Job Summary
Welcome patients warmly, verify insurance and ID, and manage digital and paper intake forms. Answer phones, schedule and reschedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits while managing provider schedules and communicating changes to the clinical team. Scan, file, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records, keeping the waiting room calm and clean. Become an expert in Infinitt scheduling software and use Excel and SharePoint for daily productivity tracking. Provide basic patient education when needed. Requires one year of medical office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time, in-person role in Dublin, GA with Monday-Friday daytime hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year medical office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and conflict resolution skills
- Able to sit at a computer for extended periods
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Occasionally travel to other WIS sites
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Background checks
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service mindset — on-the-job training or certificate a plus
- Medical admin certification
