Job Summary
Operations Assistant responsible for ensuring shipping/receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time. Works with warehouse personnel to receive, stock and ship product; assists with inventory control. Key duties include issuing and updating receiving data, maintaining hand-held RF terminals, preparing picking and shipping documentation, updating stock records, and dispatching shipments to carriers. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and warehousing experience (preferred). This on-site role supports warehouse operations and logistics workflow.
