Operations Assistant - Spring Valley, First Shift

Operations Assistant on FIRST SHIFT tasked with supporting warehouse and logistics operations. Responsibilities include processing inbound materials and preparing warehouse receiving reports, verifying sales order completion, coordinating outbound shipments and planning truck routes, managing shipping documents (manifests, packing lists, bills of lading), scheduling inbound deliveries, assisting with inventory checks and maintaining accurate records, and scanning/managing Material Test Reports. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and excellent data entry and math abilities with attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Location: Spring Valley, IL; Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday; Job Type: Full-Time; Compensation range: $18–$22 per hour with benefits from day one.
