Job Summary
Support daily office operations including filing systems, data entry, and document management; coordinate internal projects by tracking deadlines and preparing reports; assist with event planning for meetings, workshops, and company initiatives; manage incoming calls and direct communication across multi-line phone systems; process work orders and maintain facility-related records; order and manage office supply inventory; act as the first point of contact for facility and office-related needs; coordinate security access for employees and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent typing, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and administrative workflows
