Job Summary
Build long- and short-range flight schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and supervisors. Coordinate with senior squadron leadership daily to de-conflict crewmember schedules, publish scheduling data on PEX/GTIMS/GDSS II, and accommodate short-notice mission changes. Maintain precise operational and training data within government-mandated systems to track aircrew currencies and duty-day limitations. Facilitate last-minute schedule adjustments by working with mission commanders and flight leaders to maximize pilot utilization and ensure mission readiness. Track leave, temporary duty, and medical appointments while assisting operations leadership with schedule-related reporting and metrics. Perform testing administrator duties and conduct monthly reviews of aircrews entering evaluation eligibility periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
- Must have a Secret clearance
- US citizen
- Ability to travel
Desired Qualifications
- Possesses a Top Secret clearance
- Experience working with PEX/GTIMS or similar proprietary scheduling program
- Experience working in a Flying Squadron/Group/Wing Stan/Eval office
