Operations Assistant | Executive Support & Special Projects

Job Summary
Organize and execute on leadership priorities with ownership across operational initiatives and special projects. Provide executive and administrative support, coordinate cross-functional efforts, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up. Build and maintain reports and dashboards, manage data across systems, and assist with process development and documentation. Support marketing coordination, content creation (AI-assisted), drafting LinkedIn posts and communications, and coordinating conference/event materials. Oversee vendor and client coordination, contract follow-ups, onboarding for new hires, travel logistics, and overall operational efficiency. Create SOPs and workflows to improve processes, leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks, and produce accurate, polished deliverables. Demonstrate strong organization, independence, problem-solving, and ownership while thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, administration, or a related role
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and productivity tools
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
