Job Summary
Coordinate with the team PA and coordinator to support the Operations Manager, resource planning, and project management. Update internal documentation, liaise with internal teams, and respond to or delegate consultant queries. Draft monthly client newsletters, build investigation bundles, and maintain knowledge resources and precedent materials. Attend investigation meetings as a note taker, draft witness minutes, and support the drafting of investigation reports. Create business development and client-facing materials, including LinkedIn content, Out-Law articles, and marketing collateral. Build training sessions from precedent decks, draft speaker notes, and drive slides during training delivery while managing MS Teams and Slido polls.
Required Qualifications
- Location: Manchester or with the ability to commute to Manchester once a week
- Experience of working in a similar role in professional services
- Someone with an interest in HR, Culture and EDI principles and practices
- The individual will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and act with diplomacy, tact and discretion at all times
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent drafting skills and strong accuracy in written work
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- high levels of proactivity and initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and at times to very tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment and with limited supervision
- Calm, methodical approach
