Job Summary
Coordinate staffing, shift coverage, and service delivery while managing contract accounts and employee support. Monitor schedules, maintain records, and escalate unfilled shifts or personnel concerns to leadership. Conduct site inspections, document findings, and assist with payroll, billing, and recruiting processes. Track equipment inventories, manage temporary deployments, and prepare updates for operational meetings. Provide after-hours and on-call support for staffing and client matters. This role reports to the Director of Operations in Grand Rapids, MI, covering West Michigan. You must hold or obtain a Concealed Pistol License and possess 2+ years of security management experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
- Ability to read, write, and interpret English-language documents and reports
- Basic math proficiency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must meet all background requirements, including no felony convictions or disqualifying misdemeanor offenses
- Must pass a drug screening, including marijuana
- Professional appearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, respond to emergencies, stand/walk for extended periods, and lift up to 70 lbs
- Must have flexible availability
- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
- 40+ hours per week (Full-Time)
- In-office or on-site position
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Area of Responsibility: West Michigan
- Must possess or be able to quickly obtain a Concealed Pistol License (CPL)
Desired Qualifications
