Job Summary
Support the Chief Operations Officer and Behavioral Health Director with administrative tasks including clerical management, staff scheduling, meeting coordination, and drafting professional letters. Manage patient complaints, update signage, and organize events while acting as a point of contact for assigned projects. Complete program audits, track reports, and maintain the Community Partner Directory. Uphold safety policies, HIPAA regulations, and CVCH core values in a typical office environment. Start shifts on time, meet attendance standards, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- English fluency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- One years experience in an administrative capacity
- One year experience taking meeting minutes
- Operations Administrative Asst I, II: Administrative Professional Certification
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
