Job Summary
Operations apprentice role at Dun & Bradstreet focusing on creating and maintaining detailed customer profiles, capturing client preferences, needs, and interaction history; conducting product demonstrations and explaining features of company portals; serving as the primary point of contact for client queries and coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution; building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagement and proactive support; monitoring product usage to identify opportunities to increase utilization and enhance client value; addressing client feedback effectively to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience or interest in customer relationship management is preferred
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Open to freshers; internship experience is an added advantage
