Job Summary
The Operations and Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage logistics for construction projects, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with field teams to support timely material delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, material management, and logistics in a construction setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management or operational support in the construction industry
- Familiarity with Procore construction software
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
