Job Summary
Manage training-window synchronization, surge readiness tracking, and event coordination for approximately 4,200 cadets during academic and summer programs. Track staffing dependencies, assess instructor-to-cadet ratios, and validate Warfighter Training Integration Solution candidates against safety and availability requirements. Provide on-site coordination support across Warfighting Training Support functional areas to ensure daily program continuity and readiness visibility. Assist in planning, development, execution, and evaluation of military training aligned with Department of the Air Force readiness objectives. Requires 6+ years of experience, SECRET clearance, and some travel.

- experience with surge rosters
- experience with onboarding status
- experience with subcontractor coordination
- experience with qualification tracking
- experience with readiness review inputs
- experience with operational schedule discipline
- experience supporting operational training execution
- experience with cadet or student assessment
- experience with safety enforcement
- experience briefing senior leaders
- experience producing written communication & presentation materials
- Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO
- Some travel will be required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior military experience as a Senior NCO (E7 – E9) or Officer (O3 – O5)
- operations and training management experience at the Squadron/Battalion level or higher
