Job Summary
Lead quarterly EAC processes, including inputs, updating APEX, variance analysis, and risk/opportunity assessment for RFC Production Programs within Raytheon's OSC. Responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts and LREs, monitoring actual costs, explaining variances, ensuring adherence to EVM policies for programs and labor processes, and performing ad-hoc analyses. Collaborates with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, and Program Finance teams to drive bottom-line success and provide actionable financial guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or 3 years with Advanced Degree
- Experience in finance operations or finance analysis
- Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office)
- Working knowledge of Earned Value (EV) and/or PRISM EV
- Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to develop process improvements and meet critical deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to information
