Job Summary
End-to-end supply chain operations management for manpower services procurement, spares and consumables procurement, IMS/VMI coordination, and customer service transaction monitoring; lead vendor negotiations, contract vetting, ensure statutory compliance, manage inventory accuracy in SAP, monitor KPIs and ensure timely closures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred) or Commerce / Management
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, service contracts, or supply chain roles within industrial / steel / heavy engineering environments
- Strong experience in manpower service contracting and vendor negotiations
- Hands-on exposure to SAP systems for procurement, inventory, and service transactions
- Experience working across multiple customer locations and stakeholders
