The Operations and Strategy Senior Associate will own the systems side of Relay's Pitstop operations, focusing on designing repeatable processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Candidates should have substantial experience in a consulting or operations role, strong systems thinking ability, comfort with technical teams, and excellent written communication skills.
