Job Summary
Operations and Outsourcing Governance Manager role in Paris focusing on first-line governance for outsourcing and third-party arrangements within ANZ Europe SA. Drive end-to-end outsourcing lifecycle, classification, due diligence, risk assessment, regulatory readiness, register maintenance, oversight, issue escalation, and exit planning in line with APRA, EBA, ECB, and DORA. Support governance of shared business services, provide training on governance requirements, coordinate KPI/SLA reviews, and ensure regulator-ready outcomes. Requires autonomous, influential, stakeholder-facing work with strong communication in French and experience in banking/regulatory environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in banking or regulated financial services with exposure to outsourcing governance, third-party risk, or operational risk and controls
- Strong knowledge of EBA, APRA/ACPR, ECB and DORA requirements
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver outcomes end-to-end
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with structured issue management and escalation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capability across first line, second line, and group functions
- Ability to produce clear regulator-ready and senior management reporting
- Experience maintaining governance artefacts, registers, and ensuring data quality and audit readiness
- Exposure to EU regulatory environments and engagement with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills including French language proficiency
