Job Summary
Operations and Maintenance Technician at the Forward RNG Facility in Manteca, CA. Reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for plant safety, compliance, reliability, and daily operations/maintenance alongside a small team. Key duties include establishing a safety-centric culture, ensuring DOT compliance, preventing incidents, operating and maintaining the facility per permits, developing maintenance plans, overseeing planned outages, managing records, supporting budgeting/cost management, maintaining operator qualifications, developing SOPs, coordinating materials and invoices, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve production goals. Requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 5 years of industrial O&M experience, a valid US driver’s license, and DOT compliance; related training or a BS in engineering/technical discipline is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years direct experience in operation and maintenance in an industrial setting
- Valid US driver’s license
- Must meet DOT requirements for Forward RNG Plant team
