Operations and Integration Lead

Lead operations and integration for Transformations Community by creating a lightweight operating backbone that increases visibility of active workstreams, clarifies priorities, and turns meetings and relationships into concrete next steps and decision points. Collaborate with the Executive Director, conference lead, communications implementer, web/technical support, and inquiry leads to reduce reliance on memory and ad hoc follow-up, ensuring clearer handoffs, timelines, and dependencies. Bring substantial experience in operations, coordination, chief-of-staff, project or program operations, nonprofit operations, or mission-driven organizations, with strong written communication, systems judgment, and the ability to work across multiple workstreams in a distributed, remote team. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow tools, non-profit or research settings, and a mindset focused on practical, usable processes to support a sustainable operating rhythm.
