Job Summary
Conduct daily fleet condition checks for roadworthiness and maintenance defects, logging findings for driver follow-up. Track incoming fines against vehicle records, monitor on-time rates across delivery routes, and verify job sequence compliance. Follow up on delayed jobs with drivers and dispatch to track closures, then submit comprehensive daily reports with clear action items. Explore and pilot AI tools to automate data pulls and flag anomalies for improved monitoring efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable following up on outstanding items until closed
- Good communication skills
