Job Summary
Author and maintain recurring network operations reports tracking key metrics like route miles, bookings margins, and net sales. Perform pass-through cost analysis and ticket trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities while monitoring internal and external recovery efforts for outages. Manage quarterly Board of Directors reporting materials and refine operational inputs for the company-wide financial forecast. Enforce CRM validation rules and pipeline accuracy to transition operations from reactive troubleshooting to proactive data governance. Collaborate with operational teams to translate raw throughput into financial impact for executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business operations, variance analysis, reporting, or budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- High proficiency in complex formulas, financial modeling, data reconciliation, and scenario analysis in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to transform raw data into polished, visually intuitive decks for executive leadership and the Board using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience navigating, managing, or setting validation rules in CRMs (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- At least 2 professional references
