Job Summary
Answer and direct telephone calls, greet visitors, and assist callers with program registration. Support administrative operations by sorting mail, managing inventory, performing data entry, and maintaining office equipment. Oversee volunteer intake, orientation, and recognition efforts while tracking volunteer utilization. Maintain rosters, distribute meeting reminders, and organize digital materials for the Board of Advisors. Manage Walk to End Alzheimer's websites, supply inventories, and event logistics. Provide staff support to the Volunteer Committee, steward team captains, and solicit third-party fundraising activities. Create social media content and schedule updates across platforms. Prepare reports and maintain databases for events, participants, and donors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years' experience working in a relevant office environment
- Two years' experience in Canva, and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally and regionally to perform job duties
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for the job

- Experience with Convio and Personify software

- Exceptional customer service skills and ability
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure with a wide range of personalities, including resolving conflicts quickly and effectively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, reflecting an understanding of the appropriate use of communication technologies
