Job Summary
Coordinate deployment of security technology and equipment for on-campus events (Patriots Games, Concerts, Soccer Matches, and other events) including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to key stakeholders. Partner with vendors and service providers to ensure event day tech support and maintenance; deliver training programs for event staff on security technology and compliance; assist with credentialing programs for NFL, MLS, and Gillette Stadium; support compliance programs and policy testing; assist event managers with staff scheduling; handle sensitive information in accordance with confidentiality/privacy policies; adapt to non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years event experience in a high paced environment, preferred.
- Familiar with security technology including: Axess, Evolv, Event Management Software, preferred
