Job Summary
Support CSE operational needs by serving as the primary resource for Salesforce, Jira, and project management tools, resolving system issues and routing complex requests appropriately. Identify workflow friction points to drive efficiency through process changes, system configurations, and enablement for the 6,000 customers supported. Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into project status, resourcing, utilization, and pipeline metrics. Perform data cleanup across CRM and project tools to ensure record accuracy, while partnering with Operations & Analytics on automation and data model initiatives. Act as a trusted bridge between CSE delivery teams and broader organizational functions to translate requirements and execute cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in an operations, business analyst, project coordination, or similar role
- ideally supporting a delivery-, services-, or customer-facing team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- track record of keeping multiple workstreams moving in parallel
- Comfort working in spreadsheets at an intermediate-to-advanced level
- Familiarity with Salesforce as an end user
- willingness to grow into light admin-style configuration work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements
- A bias toward action and continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates a firm understanding of Virtru's business and priorities
- Understands how a given project or priority relates to Virtru's goals and to CSE's delivery objectives
- Builds a working knowledge of Virtru's business metrics
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Exposure to professional services automation (PSA) tools, or project management platforms
- Prior experience working with or adjacent to a customer-facing delivery, professional services, or solutions engineering team
- Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses
