Job Summary
Apply Artificial Intelligence and data science to Alliance and Business Development datasets to drive evidence-based decisions for the Partnering Leadership Team. Lead platform optimization for Salesforce tools and design scalable, AI-powered dashboards to support reporting on partnering activities. Develop compelling presentations and business cases for senior leadership while translating complex analytics into actionable narratives for non-technical audiences. Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify operational gaps, redesign workflows to reduce manual effort, and propose innovative process improvements based on user needs assessments. This role supports the Business Development team within Sanofi's iMove Work Abroad Program, offering a unique opportunity for European youth to contribute to global drug discovery and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with strong AI/ML and data analytics background
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Power BI, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM platforms
- Experience building and presenting business cases
- Experience in project management or consulting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data science to AM and BD datasets
- Experience leading platform optimization for Salesforce tools (MyAlliance, MyPartnering)
- Experience designing scalable, customizable AI-powered dashboards and reports
- Experience managing and enhancing Alliance dashboards
- Experience developing and delivering compelling presentations and slide decks for senior leadership
- Experience translating complex analytics into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience building and presenting business cases to support strategic partnering decisions
- Experience proactively engaging with BD and AM stakeholders to identify unmet needs and operational gaps
- Experience conducting user needs assessments and translating findings into actionable solutions
- Experience identifying gaps in data, reporting, or workflows
- Experience proposing innovative ideas and process improvements based on stakeholder feedback and pain points
- Experience redesigning AM and BD workflows using data-driven insights to reduce manual effort and boost efficiency
- Citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland)
- Age between 18 and 28
- Applications submitted in English
