Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Operations Analyst responsible for researching and resolving issues, providing service to internal customers for all aspects of payment processing, processing transactions and maintaining records, and contributing to continuous improvement of business processes. The role requires familiarity with Medallia or similar survey capture systems, Power BI, and the Net Promoter System; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; and a willingness to learn within a hybrid work arrangement at Manulife/John Hancock.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary school or equivalent work experience
- Medallia knowledge or similar survey capture systems is an asset
- Experience with navigating Power BI
- Knowledge of the Net Promoter System, an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
