Operations Analyst / Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead daily fulfillment and production operations at the Austell facility, owning order prioritization, workflow pacing based on shipping deadlines, aging orders, and staffing. Drive productivity, throughput, and on-time fulfillment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Coach and develop fulfillment associates and leads, reinforce SOPs, and cultivate a production culture rooted in ownership, urgency, resilience, and teamwork. Identify bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and partner cross-functionally (CX, Inbound & Inventory) to optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement. Support WMS rollout and process improvements, standardize workflows, and scale operations through change management and disciplined operating practices. A strong emphasis on real-time problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and alignment across teams to deliver consistent operational performance and exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership or operations experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, retail operations, hospitality, or other fast-paced, process-driven environments
- Strong people leadership skills with accountability, coaching, and performance management
- Comfortable using operational data to improve execution and team performance
- Clear, direct communicator with the ability to create alignment and deliver feedback
- Hands-on, dependable leader who leads by example and collaborates with teams
- Curious, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with high standards for execution
- Experience coordinating with CX, Inbound & Inventory, and other cross-functional teams
- Experience with WMS and SOP development/implementation and change management
- Ability to balance real-time execution with people leadership
- Location: On-site in Austell, GA; 5 days/week; schedule management
