Job Summary
Operations Analyst responsible for securing the right product in the right place at the right time through day-to-day order allocation, monitoring shortages, and coordinating with Sales, Order Management, Planning, and Transportation. Role includes supply management, analyzing inbound supply and lead times, executing purchase order revisions to mitigate gaps, and providing reporting and dashboards to leadership. Requires strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and advanced Excel, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics. Based in the New York office and focused on cross-functional collaboration to optimize product flow and inventory availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Analytics
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the proven ability to analyze data to recognize and action on potential disruptions in the supply chain
