Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiencies. Collect and analyze data on operational activities and key performance indicators to generate reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities. Translate user requirements into technical solutions while coordinating application enhancements, including analysis, design specifications, and cost-benefit analysis. Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and initiate corrective actions to ensure timely resolution. Participate in project teams, complete user acceptance testing, and provide technical advice on risk analysis and change control. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain detailed documentation of processes and changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- ERP knowledge
- NetSuite experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite experience is highly preferred
