Operations Analyst (Project Management Analyst 3) - 29007

Operations Analyst to join Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) team within HII Mission Technologies. The role focuses on planning, execution, and assessment of complex training exercises in Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments to advance Navy and joint-force readiness. The successful candidate will provide operational, technical, and analytical support to translate operational needs into integrated training scenarios, and will perform duties including Basic Combat Information Center watch standing (log keeping, electronic communications, EW watch hierarchy, shift work, script execution for exercises), operating and communicating via VHF/UHF/HF and other tactical voice systems, executing land operations on San Clemente Island (dust exposure tolerance), executing eight-hour Range Support Craft (RSC) operations on San Clemente Island, compiling post-exercise debrief products (video, audio, electronic snapshots into a single digital file), and providing Electronic Warfare (CTT/CTR) electronic injects.
