Operations Analyst (Open to Tier 0, 1 & 2 applicants)

Lead the Country Office management team by supervising operations, finance, human resources, procurement, and ICT staff. Establish and monitor Standard Operating Procedures across business units, manage end-to-end procurement cycles, and oversee financial resources including bank reconciliations and cash management. Advise senior leadership on risk mitigation, strategic planning, and performance indicators while ensuring full compliance with UNDP rules and regulations. Collaborate with programme teams, government officials, and other agencies to deliver country objectives. This Cambodian-only role requires fluency in English and Khmer.
