Job Summary

Operations Analyst responsible for advising Senior Management on country office operations, financial and human resources management, procurement and logistical services, ICT alignment with UNDP rules, and ensuring compliant, efficient delivery of CO programmes. Key duties include implementing strategic operational direction, monitoring and improving business processes, maintaining payroll and position management, risk and compliance oversight (including ICF, HACT, IFD, AML/CFT, CO premises, travel management), coordinating financial reporting and dashboards, overseeing procurement, HR and ICT teams, ensuring IPSAS-compliant purchasing and asset management, budget preparation and monitoring, and organizing trainings for operations staff while contributing to knowledge sharing and regional decision-making. The role requires advanced degree or equivalent in relevant fields and may be filled by candidates with a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience; supervisory responsibilities include managing CO operations personnel.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Or bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience in lieu of advanced degree
