Job Summary
Local Operations Analyst at OKX TR handling legal/regulatory requests, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities include preparing response letters to government bodies, acting as an operations point of contact for escalated cases, extracting and monitoring operational data with Datawind to create structured reports, developing AI-assisted internal tools to reduce manual workload, and supporting rollout of new procedures while bridging local and global teams. Must communicate effectively in Turkish and English and have familiarity with Turkish regulatory processes; interested in crypto/fintech and AI workflow automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Datawind for operational data extraction and reporting
- Basic coding proficiency and interest in AI API integration and workflow automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English
- Familiarity with Turkish regulatory processes and a genuine interest in the crypto and fintech space
