Job Summary
Support the execution of experiential marketing initiatives by coordinating activations, events, and customer experience touchpoints with cross-functional teams. Identify operational gaps affecting customer delivery and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency. Conduct basic market observations to support planning, monitor activity performance for feedback loops, and develop process documentation to ensure consistent execution. Assist in implementing operational improvements and stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement in the Operations Analyst function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
