Job Summary
Operations Analyst supporting Insurance Operations at Marsh, based in Kuala Lumpur (hybrid arrangement with in-office presence required per team’s schedule). Responsible for policy servicing and policy processing tasks including endorsement, client policy management, generation of quotations, bills and invoices, and ensuring timely, accurate processing of complex documents. Requires understanding of relevant insurance regulations, customer awareness, and adherence to SOPs. Role involves timely client and colleague communications, investigation of queries/errors, and contributing to action plans to drive improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates encouraged) and strong MS Office skills, with Chinese language ability to support other regions. Standout: 1-2 years in policy processing/servicing, strong communication, and willingness to learn in a hybrid, office-plus-remotely coordinated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to read and write Chinese to support another region
- 1-2 years experience in Policy Processing/Policy Servicing (nice-to-have)
