Job Summary
Conduct in-depth analysis of operational gaps affecting customer experience and recommend practical improvements to enhance delivery. Support the execution of experiential marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate activations, events, and customer experience touchpoints. Monitor performance of experiential activities, provide feedback to improve future execution, and develop process documentation to ensure consistency in delivery. Stay updated on trends in experiential marketing and customer engagement to support continuous improvement. Assist in implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience and engagement. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
