Job Summary
The Operations Analyst, Lead will maintain and support scheduling software, install and test new software releases, and schedule jobs on mainframe and distributed systems. Responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting complex scheduling system problems, managing special projects, and documenting processes for cross-training other analysts.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for Degree
Additional Requirements
- May assist in training coworkers and other staff
- Position requires on-call after hours and weekends and communication at all times
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
