Operations Analyst - Inventory Control - 2332

Oversee inventory data for all assigned Distribution Centers. Maintain a network-wide database of inventory elements (including hard-to-pick items, item adjustments, part numbers and inventory levels between branches). Run monthly data maintenance to ensure data integrity across systems. Analyze and report on metrics and recommend improvements to the inventory control function. Develop, maintain, generate, distribute and evaluate queries to identify issues impacting customers and work with branches through implementation. Escalate issues as needed. Evaluate and recommend improvements to branch processes (workflow, repack, item changes) to meet customer needs; create training materials, tools and guides to ensure proper adherence to effective workflow at the branch level. Create, monitor and follow up on inventory movements and transfer work orders to ensure receipt. Manage branch inventory synchronization (ZINV) and engage the WMS helpdesk to resolve issues. Proficiency in SAP and Catalyst or similar WMS, strong Excel/Office skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
