Job Summary
The Operations Analyst I MXT will provide basic support and maintenance for master data within business applications, including reviewing and approving master data creation and maintenance requests, addressing user inquiries, diagnosing basic application problems, monitoring data quality, providing user training and documentation, incident management, and contributing to process improvements and automation opportunities. Key responsibilities include master data processing, day-to-day master data support, troubleshooting with users and technical teams, data quality remediation, user assistance and training materials, incident management, comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures, change management participation, and pursuing continuous improvement initiatives. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, less than one year of related experience, strong troubleshooting, adaptability, attention to detail, excellent communication, customer service orientation, teamwork, and time management.
