Job Summary
Operations Analyst I is responsible for providing basic master data support and maintenance within business applications, troubleshooting data quality issues, assisting users, and contributing to enhancements. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving master data creation/maintenance requests, day-to-day user support, incident and change management, documenting configurations and procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation to improve master data support and efficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, with emphasis on attention to detail and customer service in a cross-functional support environment. Requires Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and less than one year of relevant experience.
