Operations Analyst- Global Merchandising

Job Summary
Operations Analyst role within Fever’s global merchandising operations team. Lead and participate in cross-functional, company-wide projects to improve efficiency, with responsibilities spanning project leadership, analysis, and coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Identify areas for continuous improvement across logistics and operations, define requirements and deliverables with stakeholders, and contribute to cost control and profitability through data-driven insights. Proactively collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and a best-in-class experience for stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English, strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization, and prior logistics/operations experience are valued, as is familiarity with ERP systems or logistics software.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization
- Having previous experience in logistics, operations, or distribution is highly valued
- Having previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued
- Having experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
