Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor clearinghouse operations daily to ensure all transactions are processed smoothly; collaborate with the team lead to define requirements for new tools and process enhancements; participate in a daily 15-minute scrum to review tasks, planned activities, and impediments; provide multi-channel support (phone, email, remote sessions); communicate with third parties to clarify requirements and address questions; respond to tickets promptly and ensure timely resolution; assist first-level support with issue resolution; manage customer communications about maintenance windows and updates using the customer communication tool.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- EDI transactional knowledge and experience
- Experience in a clearinghouse or payer environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer relationships
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with database queries and Excel for pattern analysis
- Ability to navigate server logs
- Ability to handle high-stress and strict deadlines
- Self-motivation with ability to plan and execute with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Experience providing support and troubleshooting
