Job Summary
Operations Analyst responsible for day-to-day cryptoasset trading operations, focusing on reconciliation and post-trade settlements, coordinating with counterparties and exchanges, optimizing cash reserves for settlements and platform funding, and driving process improvements through automation using Excel, VBA, Python, or similar tools. Candidates should have settlements/reconciliation experience, proficiency in Excel, familiarity with money transfers/wires and banking platforms, and a solid understanding of clearing and settlement processes. Role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, with strong attention to detail and independent task execution in a Chicago-based office.
