Job Summary
This role analyzes day-to-day issues within a business unit, conducts routine analytics, creates reports, and completes exception processing. Responsibilities include assisting with coordination of implementation for products, services, and operational solutions; supporting design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services; providing guidance regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes; expanding product knowledge within operations; building relationships with partners and teammates; inspecting data to identify issues and trends; and collecting and interpreting data to validate operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, business administration, or finance
- A minimum of two years recent experience in a BAC financial center, with particular emphasis on operations management
- Must be able to travel to any financial center within defined market(s); may need to travel to two different financial centers in the course of a single day
