Job Summary
Support cashier functions by reviewing and updating check deposits, execute delegated reports to meet service level expectations, and assist in unified estate processing. Resolve operational problems using available resources, escalate matters as necessary, and track progress against remediation projects. Review and update unified estate processes, identify procedural gaps within the branch, and maintain focus on evolving policy and platform changes through peer sharing and cross-training. Work proactively in a fast-paced environment to support timely responses to operational alerts and case management requests.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary Stage Education/Senior Secondary Stage
- Industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
