Job Summary
Support organizational-level operations by managing taskers, staffing packets, and scheduling resources while developing and publishing policies, directives, and communications. Plan and execute organizational events, archive functional documents, and represent leadership at meetings to coordinate with higher headquarters and external stakeholders. Maintain facility requirements and ensure seamless communication across internal and external partners. Requires an active Secret Security Clearance, a degree with 10 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Project.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Associate's degree with 10 years' experience
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, Project and Word
- Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others
- Up to 10% travel
- Local travel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree and 8 years of experience
- Expert knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Software Applications (Microsoft Office Specialist certificate) such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner and Teams
- Proven ability to distill meeting minutes, technical data, and demonstration results into high-level executive correspondence and information papers
- Proven track record of optimizing business operations through structured tasks, policies, and procedures while maintaining seamless communication across all internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing daily team operational activities to align technical vendor execution with project milestones
- Previous military experience, particularly in an operations section
- Previous experience supporting an Army Program, Project, or Product Office
