Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst to gather and interpret operational data, perform financial analysis of properties in the assigned region, prepare data analytics and reports, and assist with capital improvements, vendor management, and resident-related issues for communities in El Paso, TX. Responsibilities include mentoring Community Managers, coordinating with RVP and Portfolio Managers, auditing properties, reviewing tenant ledgers, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring policy adherence, and producing timely, accurate reports using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook. Prioritize multiple deadlines and communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and staff. Proficiency with Yardi is preferred.
